Customer and Community Workstream Lead
Our client is seeking a Workstream Lead to develop a custom experience strategy that reflects best practice operations and innovative, future-focused service delivery.
In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in defining service standards, customer journey and frontline service models. You will develop a community engagement strategy that reflects local needs and values.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a workstream Lead, possess good negotiating skills, and have a sound understanding of today's practices.
What You Will Do:
- Develop a customer experience strategy
- Define the customer information strategy
- Develop a community engagement strategy
- Lead customer research and data analysis
- Coordinate engagement with stakeholders
What You Need to Have:
- Must have good verbal and written skills
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- A sound understanding of today's practices.
- Negotiation skills
