Our client is a respected Australian-owned organisation with a strong reputation in the healthcare sector. Their dedicated team operates nationally, with a focus on innovation, client outcomes, and ongoing clinical support. The Brisbane-based office is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Administrator to join their team in a full-time capacity.

Your new role

As the Clinic Coordinator, you'll play a central role in the coordination of services and client appointments across Australia and New Zealand. This role combines administrative precision with compassionate customer service, supporting individuals, families, therapists, and funding bodies.

  • Coordinating complex appointment schedules using ERP systems
  • Managing inbound communications from clients, carers, and health professionals
  • Processing quotes, sales orders, and service documentation
  • Collaborating with interstate teams and allied health staff
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring efficient clinic operations

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will bring a minimum of five years' experience in administration, ideally within healthcare or disability services. You'll be confident navigating multiple systems and handling sensitive client information with care.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-first mindset with a collaborative approach
  • An understanding of the NDIS framework (highly desirable)
  • Valid police check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (Willing to obtain)
  • Australian working rights and a current driving licence
  • Willingness to comply with vaccination policy as required
