POSITION

We're seeking a motivated Senior Administrator / Practice Manager to join a fast-paced, patient-focused clinic group. This full-time role combines hands-on reception duties with leadership of the admin team and oversight of daily clinic operations.

CANDIDATE

You're organised, confident, and thrive in a leadership role. You bring experience managing admin teams, handling clinic operations, and creating smooth, professional experiences for both patients and staff.

  • Previous admin/leadership experience (Physio clinic a bonus)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence managing rosters, payroll, and KPIs
  • A proactive, team-first mindset
