your role

  • Conducting open homes and private inspections
  • Processing rental applications and supporting new tenancy onboarding
  • Carrying out routine, entry, and exit inspections
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and trades
  • Assisting with general property management duties as required

your advantage

  • Previous property management or leasing experience
  • A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • A reliable car and valid driver’s licence
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Experience using Property Me, IRE, and Inspection Express is highly regarded

  • Office hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm
