Role Overview

At Lively Properties, the Property Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless property operations and guest satisfaction across a diverse portfolio. This includes managing bookings, pricing, listings, guest communications, maintenance, financial records, and property care. The role also provides on-ground operational support, such as managing cleaners, sourcing supplies, coordinating repairs, handling damage claims, and ensuring every property is guest-ready.

Beyond day-to-day management, you will contribute to business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities while building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors, all while upholding the high standards and reputation of Lively Properties.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management
| Oversee a portfolio of properties, including guest experience, bookings, client communications, listing optimisation, property care, cleaning, maintenance, urgent repairs, and damage claims.

| Manage property financials and maintain accurate operational records.

| Build strong relationships with property owners alongside the Director, ensuring performance and returns are maximised.

| Handle guest communications and promptly resolve issues to maintain high guest satisfaction and reviews.

Operational Support

| Hire, onboard, and manage cleaners to ensure service standards are met.

| Provide on-the-ground support, including sourcing supplies, delivering items, and preparing properties for arrivals and events.

| Coordinate repairs and liaise with contractors to maintain property quality.

| Oversee new property setups, including inventory management, inspections, and contractor coordination.

| Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are upheld and details are not overlooked.

| Manage damage claims by gathering documentation and coordinating necessary repairs or replacements.

New Business Development

| Identify and secure new clients, suppliers, cleaning teams, and maintenance vendors to support growth.

| Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners, effectively communicating Lively’s value proposition.

| Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for expanding the portfolio and service offerings
