Our client located in the inner-Northeast suburbs of Melbourne is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio end to end.

About the role:

  • Manage around 160 properties
  • end to end property management
  • Property Me experience is a must
  • Monday to Friday only

Offering around $80K - $85K + Super

About you:

  • Experience managing a residential portfolio
  • MUST hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate and Driver’s Licence
  • Hold a clean and valid Police Check
  • Experience using a Property Management program
  • Corporate attire
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High level of professionalism
