Property Manager - Hawthorn - 2 Days WFH - Mandarin Speaking Advantageous

A rare opportunity has arisen to work in a fantastic high end office, with 2 days work from home, a friendly, collaborative team of 10 staff and one of the best boutique agencies in the industry to work for.

With essentially no leasing or field work (if preferred), your role is to manage landlords, maintenance, and the "back end" of property management, meaning you can have some true work from home flexibility and organise your day and tasks accordingly. This agency operate on a 'task based' model - this role is not end to end property management, and you will not be required to own your own portfolio.

JOB DUTIES:
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, maintenance requests etc for the shared portfolio, with admin, field and leasing support
- Lease renewals, rent increases and the "back end" of property management tasks

WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary $75,000 - $85,000 + Super

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Mandarin speaking is preferred
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience
