We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a supportive team while taking full ownership of developing and managing a property portfolio from the ground up.

What You Will Be Doing:

•Help establish and grow a residential property portfolio in the western areas

•Conduct open for inspections, routine condition reports, and follow up with prospective tenants.

•Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants through excellent communication and problem-solving.

•Ensure compliance with relevant residential tenancy laws and company standards.

•Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.

• Manage leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and renewals.

•Stay up to date with relevant legislation and industry changes.

•Report to Directors on department performance on a monthly basis.

•Provide end of month reports to accounting department and Agency Principal

About You:

•Proven experience as a Property Manager, specializing in managing residential properties in the Point Cook area.

•Mandarin language proficiency is a must.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with property owners, tenants, and contractors.

•Well-presented and professional demeanor, strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

•Proficiency in property management software.

•Holds current VIC Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

•Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.

• Possess a valid Agents Representative Certificate.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
