What you’ll be doing:

Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio

Liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure smooth property operations

Supporting with inspections, leasing, maintenance, and tenancy management

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships

General administration and office support to the property management team

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in real estate/property management or strong admin/customer service skills

Current QLD Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills

A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail

Valid driver’s licence
