We are currently seeking a Junior Property Manager who will work closely with our Senior Property Managers & Directors to support the management of our Property Management department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in real estate and gain hands-on experience in property management.

Criteria

Ideally, you have some experience in customer service, administration, real estate or a related field (however, entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).

Professional communication and relationship-building skills.

Current Driver’s Licence.

Ability to multi-task and maintain a high attention to detail.

Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and database software.

High organisation and time management skills.

Willingness to learn and ability to follow processes.

A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to grow in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

Conduct entry condition reports and assist with routine inspections.

Assist with maintenance requests and liaise with trades.

Provide professional communication with tenants and owners.

Support with processing applications and leasing tasks.

Assist in preparing lease agreements and documentation.

Learn to mediate and problem-solve tenant and owner enquiries.

General administrative support for the Property Management department.
