What’s the gig?

As our Routines Officer, you’ll be out on the road conducting regular inspections for our managed rental properties, helping keep homes in great shape and our landlords informed.

Your role will include:

Conducting routine inspections with attention to detail

Creating visual 3D virtual tours (we’ll show you how!)

Assisting our Property Managers by being their eyes and ears onsite

Reporting feedback clearly and professionally

Building rapport with tenants and representing our brand with pride

What makes you a great fit?

You have a QLD Real Estate Certificate

You’ve got a valid driver’s licence

You’re great with people, professional in appearance, and confident communicating

You’re organised, love a checklist, and have solid time management
