The Role
We’re seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join the Melbourne team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering expert insurance advice, and ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial and domestic clients.
• Provide tailored insurance solutions and advice.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication.
• Oversee renewals, endorsements, and claims processes.
• Identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

About You

• Previous experience in an Account Manager or similar insurance role.
• Tier 1
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple insurance classes.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
