This is your chance to lead a team of 8 brokers Junior - experienced. The main focus is to be a technical referral point to the team, ensure goals are being met and compliance is on point.

✨The Role:

• Manage and lead a team of 8 Insurance brokers Juniors - Senior
• Manage a small portfolio of key accounts
• Liaising with underwriters to deliver the best solutions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring outstanding client service with full admin support

• Experienced working as an insurance broker
• Tier 1 qualified (or working towards it)
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
• Ready to grow in a positive, team-driven environment
