Our multidisciplinary team offers expertise in general haematology, medical oncology, palliative care, and iron infusion therapies. We are driven by our commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centred care, and fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking part-time and full-time Medical Receptionists to join our expanding team in this family-run clinic.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out

Scheduling appointments and updating patient records

Processing billing and Medicare claims

Responding to enquiries and directing as needed

Maintaining confidentiality and accurate medical records

Performing general admin duties (phones, filing, data entry)

Handling medical charts and electronic records with accuracy

Supporting clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

About You:

Previous experience in a multi-doctor medical practice or specialist clinic setting

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Confidence with medical software and Microsoft Office

High level of attention to detail and professional presentation

Thrive in a busy setting and remain calm under pressure

Proactive, friendly and enjoy working as part of a team

Experience in oncology or haematology is highly desirable, but not essential.
