We are seeking an experienced and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team. This casual role is vital in providing excellent service to our patients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our practices.

What you’ll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a professional and courteous manner

Scheduling appointments, making reminder calls, and managing patient records

Handling patient inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining stock/inventory

Assisting with general administrative duties and supporting the clinical team

Keeping the reception area organised, welcoming, and of a high standard

What we’re looking for

Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional manner

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confidence using computer systems and medical software

A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the healthcare team
