Our client, shapes, delivers and sustains an integrated and scalable ICT environment, are seeking the experience of a Cost Estimator Chapter Lead.

Duties of the Cost Estimator Chapter Lead:

• Assist the Chapter in reviewing and tailoring the capability costing template for the clients ICT project contexts.
• Support the drafting of the clients Cost Policy aligned with The Clients Costing Policy.
• Contribute to Chapter-led workshops, clinics, and guidance materials focused on embedding costing discipline.
• Provide technical input into the development of the Cost Estimation Capability Framework and accreditation pathways.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Demonstrated Experience in Cost Policy and standardised costing template tailored for ICT projects.
• Demonstrated Experience Stakeholder engagement summary and integration plan.
• Experience Contributing to strategic Chapter initiatives (e.g., playbook, CoP, framework).
• Must hold an NV1 Clearance
