About the Role

We are seeking a Risk Manager to join the Non-Financial Risk Assurance function, working closely with business stakeholders to strengthen the risk and control environment across Banking and Wealth (Superannuation).

Salary $130K - $140K + super + bonus

In this role, you will:

Provide assurance over the effectiveness of critical controls and the broader control environment in managing operational risks.

Recommend improvements to the design and operation of controls, ensuring material risks are effectively managed.

Lead assurance programs across Banking and Wealth, collaborating with stakeholders to uplift controls and drive risk maturity.

Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, sharing learnings and insights to promote best practice across the business.

What we’re looking for

Demonstrated experience in Operational Risk, Internal Audit, or Assurance, ideally within Wealth Management or Banking.

Strong knowledge of controls, industry practices, and the regulatory landscape.

Commercially minded with the ability to deliver insights and influence strategic decision-making.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience with data analytics is highly regarded.
