Our Client

Based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, this Australian-owned and run residential wealth advisory has been operating successfully for over 20 years. They are a team of 20 employees who are professional, passionate and focused on assisting clients build financial independence through strategic property investment

The Role:

Providing support to the Directors, this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the business. It is a hands-on role that will combine financial oversight, HR management and operational systems leadership.

Financial & Resource Management

• Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts and budgets to support strategic planning
• Monitor and analyse performance and provide insights
• Build, implement and manage commission structures / incentives
• Liaise with external accountants

HR Management

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Oversee employment contracts, employee records and compliance
• Support team engagement, professional development and strong cultural alignment

Operational Systems

• Champion the adoption of AI tools and other technology to enhance workflows
• Lead process improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency

Specific requirements:

• You will come from a background in property, mortgage broking or financial services to understand the nuances of the property investment industry
• Have proven business management, HR management and finance capability
• Experience developing and managing commission models
• Be resourceful, commercially minded and have leadership skills
• Ideally experience with Xero, Employment Hero and CRM systems
