Key Responsibilities:

Deliver on-site and remote IT support and services, helping setup, fix and provide ongoing technical support across various technologies such as;

PCs (both hardware and software)

Phones

Televisions

Networks

Wifi/modems

Apple products

Cloud Applications + more

Diagnose and resolve technical issues for a diverse client base

Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical concepts clearly

About You

A passion for technology, eager to tackle issues related to computers, networks, and more

Strong customer service and communication skills, able to demystify technical jargon

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel to various reasonable distanced locations for jobs

Experience in providing on-site IT support in homes or office environments

Possess your own vehicle, valid driver's license, and a toolkit

Hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) and can issue electronic invoices

Based in Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast, or surrounding areas - we are currently looking for a technician able to support job locations in the Sothern and Eastern Brisbane areas
