About the Role:
Join a dynamic team as a Technical Help Desk Support Specialist focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. Provide frontline technical support, resolve issues swiftly, and enhance help desk processes to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access, workflows, dashboards, and Power Pages issues promptly.
- Log, categorise, and manage support tickets using systems like Jira, DevOps, or ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with Tier 2/3 teams and developers to address complex problems and escalate when needed.
- Develop and maintain support documentation, triage workflows, and knowledge bases.
- Contribute to UAT, deployment planning, and end-user training sessions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost ticket resolution rates and end-user satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years' experience in technical support roles, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proficient with Power Platform components, especially Power Pages and Power Apps.
- Strong knowledge of CRM security roles, permissions, and user management.
- Skilled in documenting triage and support procedures.
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate, HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics, and relevant certifications (PL-900, MB-910).
