We’re partnering with a highly respected global leader in vacuum technology, servicing industries like chemistry, mining, and power. They’re on the lookout for an experienced Service Technician to join their Yatala branch and hit the ground running.

This is a hands-on role with a strong technical focus, offering the chance to work on cutting-edge vacuum systems across installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You’ll be backed by a national team of Field Technicians and supported by a collaborative, safety-first culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

Install and commission vacuum pumps and systems across multiple brands

Deliver in-house and field-based service and repairs

Provide technical support and training to internal and external stakeholders

Promote preventative and contract maintenance solutions

Ensure all work meets health and safety standards

Use SAP to manage service notifications and reporting

Coordinate decontamination of equipment when required

What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ field service experience in a related industry

Mechanical or electronics trade qualification (preferred)

Experience with rotating equipment and vacuum systems

Familiarity with electronic vacuum gauges and control systems

SAP or CRM experience (advantageous)

Forklift and electrical disconnect licences (preferred)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

You’ll enjoy a balanced lifestyle with core hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm—giving you time back for what matters most. Based close to home in Yatala, you’ll also have the opportunity to travel to remote locations, adding variety and challenge to your work.
