Nimble MSP IT All-Rounder

We're a small, friendly business looking for a flexible/casual IT Support Analyst to join our tight-knit team. As an all-rounder, you'll be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance across our IT infrastructure.

The Essentials:

Experience with Office 365 is a must

Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Nice to Have:

Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management

Previous experience in an MSP environment or small business IT support

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

The Role:

As our ideal candidate, you'll be a jack-of-all-trades IT professional who can handle a variety of tasks, from helpdesk support to network administration and cybersecurity. You'll be working closely with our team to ensure our IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Occasionally, you may be required to provide onsite support, so you'll need to be available to visit client sites from time to time.
