Robert Half are exclusively partnered with a Not-For-Profit organization in Australia, and they are seeking an IT Support. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing Level 1-2 helpdesk support to end users across Australia.
• Visiting different sites as needed to deliver timely deskside support to end users.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows AD and Office 365 applications.
• Escalating issues to appropriate teams as necessary.

Details:

• 5 days WFO arrangement in Brisbane.
• Working in a Microsoft & Windows 11 environment.
• Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week.
• Possibility of extension is highly likely.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Level 1 IT Support role.
• Decent knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Intune, ITIL practices and experience using an ITSM tool.
• Proven deskside support experience in directly assisting end users.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
