About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Parking Officer to join our team in Westmeadows, VIC.
We have Part-time roles available, you will be responsible for the efficient management and enforcement of our car park facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.

Position 1 - Part Time PM Role - 1330-2200
Week 1 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Sunday

Position 2 - Part Time AM Role - 500-1330
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday

Position 3 - Part Time AM role - 500-1330
Tuesday, Friday, Sunday

Position 4 - Part Time AM role - 500-1330
Thursday, Friday, Saturday

What you'll be doing

Drive, park, and retrieve various vehicles, from small cars to larger ones, making sure each is reverse parked safely in the correct spot.

Follow all safety procedures and parking protocols to ensure a secure and organized parking environment for customers and their vehicles.

Collaborating with the wider team to improve parking operations and customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

Strong driving skills and experience with both automatic and manual vehicles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently

A valid Full Driver's license

A current Police Check (to be obtained after the interview stage)

Driver Accreditation (to be applied for after interview stage)

Able to work over the weekends and school holidays
