Part-time and Full- time Educators needed at Paisley Park Sandringham
Paisley Park Early Learning Centres
Posted 6 days ago
Paisley Park ELC has recently taken over the Centre at Sandringham and has done a full renovation. The Centre is now equipped with beautiful resources and a brand-new environment, both inside and out. Our philosophy is fully integrated into our daily operations, including our commitment to high-quality resources, providing children with opportunities to engage with real living things (pets), and a nutritious menu developed by highly qualified chefs in the industry.
We are seeking Part-time, Full-time, and Casual Educators to bring passion, enthusiasm, and experience to our daily operations. We have several positions available; therefore, we can be flexible with applicants depending on their skills and expertise. We require candidates to support the daily implementation of our educational program in each of our educational rooms, ensuring that children's routines are followed and their care needs are met. Successful applicants must be willing to engage in a variety of tasks and be flexible in adjusting to the ever-changing daily program.
Paisley Park implements a unique Quality Improvement Program that embeds professional learning in everyday practice. A significant component of our framework is in-house mentoring, which may occur in or outside of working hours. Educators may be required to attend, but typically our Lead Educators engage in our monthly professional engagement sessions and share the content with our teams to support improvement of daily operations.
Paisley Park offers numerous rewards, bonuses, and everyday perks to our Educators. We encourage you to engage with us in conversation to find out more about what we do for our teams and why.
