Qualified Butcher - Join the Wandilla Gippsland Team in their new premises in Albert Park!

We are seeking an additional qualified butcher to join our new location and help us bring an exciting tourism experience to life, promoting the best of regional Victoria. At Wandilla Gippsland, we are developing a unique and immersive experience that combines our own dairy, beef farm and winery. Our butcher shops are a key part of this vision and we are looking to add a new Qualified Butcher to the passionate and supportive team. This position is available either full time, part time or on a contract basis and the salary will be discussed and determined on experience. Please include your preferred hours in your application.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced butcher with a passion for crafting high-quality products. In this role, you will work with whole carcasses of beef, pork and lamb, expertly breaking them down into prime cuts for retail sale.
