We are a specialist clinic (cardiology) at Epworth Richmond Hospital consulting suites as well as Coburg. We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic medical receptionist to become an integral part of our growing team at our locations in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities include:

Primarily based at Richmond, but available to help at other sites if needed.

Scheduling and confirming appointments for consultations

Handling of incoming calls

Welcoming and assisting patients

Coordinating diagnostic tests conducted on-site

Processing payments via EFTPOS

Managing patient invoicing and receipting

Assisting with general office duties

Collaborating effectively within a team

Performing basic cardiac tests such as 12 lead ECG, cardiac monitors etc... (training is provided).

Prior experience in healthcare reception is a must. Comprehensive training will be provided for our web-based patient management. This position requires on-site presence. Hours are generally between 8.30 AM till 5 PM.
