We are looking for a motivated medical receptionist / social media assistant to join our cosmetic clinic.

Minimum 1+ years of medical receptionist experience is required for this position.

Interest in skin care and beauty desirable

Key responsibilities:

Reception

Warmly greet patients

Discretely manage appointment details and ensure patient confidentiality

Answer phone calls, organise bookings (via our platform timely) respond to emails and social media accounts

Handle patients enquiries related to treatments and services (training provided)

Manage stock - ordering, stocktaking, organising clinical rooms

Social media / marketing

Assist with content creation

Video and photo editing skills

Support marketing campaigns (newsletters, patient offers etc)
