About the Role Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity across the organisation. This hands-on position focuses on financial reporting, compliance, and supporting continuous improvement in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial and management reports with insightful analysis.
• Maintain general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and journals.
• Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.
• Support statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Liaise with auditors and support year-end financial processes.
• Contribute to process improvement and system enhancements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information.

About You

• CA/CPA qualified (or near completion).
• Strong financial reporting and accounting experience, ideally within NFP, aged care, or community services.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. TechnologyOne, Pronto, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
