About the Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You’ll play a key role in supporting organisational growth and providing insights that help shape strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management and statutory financial reports.
• Manage general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet integrity.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
• Partner with operational and corporate stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights.
• Drive process and systems improvements to enhance reporting and efficiency.
• Support year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.

About You

• CA/CPA qualified with several years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting background within complex organisations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Experience in the not-for-profit, aged care, community, or healthcare sector is advantageous.
• ERP system experience (TechnologyOne, Pronto, or similar).
• Collaborative communicator with a values-driven, team-focused approach.
