We're seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer – Warehouse & Administration Support to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with customers to maintain high service standards.

Receive orders, prepare manifests, and assist with load planning.

Support warehouse operations and maintain accurate stock and dispatch records.

Minimum of 1+ years of warehouse or logistics industry experience is required.

Provide cover for the Transport Scheduling Manager when needed.

Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient communication and smooth workflow.

Identify and resolve operational issues quickly.

Skills & Experience:

Strong computer skills; experience with Transport/Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.

Highly organised with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience is required.

Year 12 completion is required as the minimum education level.
