Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service while staying organised and efficient? We are a 100% Australian-owned and operated wholesale and manufacturing company, and we’re on the hunt for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Administration Officer superstar!
As part of our supportive and collaborative team, you’ll be working closely with our Sales and Dispatch teams to provide vital administrative support and help streamline our operations. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Order Management: Accurately enter customer orders and invoices into our system
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional support to both customers and internal teams, building strong relationships with suppliers and clients
Office Support: Answer phone calls and monitor our shared sales inbox to ensure smooth communication
Delivery Management: Oversee courier and freight transport deliveries to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
Organisational Support: Scan, file, and manage daily paperwork to keep our administrative systems in order
About You: To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:
Previous Experience: A background in customer service or administration, with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards
Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both with customers and team members
Proactive Attitude: A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Technical Skills: Intermediate computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. Experience with Myob and Neto is a bonus but not essential.
Team Player: The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a small, friendly team environment
