About the Role
You'll be the heart of the office - managing day-to-day facilities operations across two sites (North Sydney and Newcastle) and leading a friendly Receptionist who you'll mentor and support.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing building and maintenance coordination, liaising with landlords and contractors
  • Managing facilities and amenities to ensure a safe, professional, and comfortable workspace
  • Providing leadership and guidance to a Receptionist to deliver exceptional front-of-house service
  • Coordinating cleaners, service providers, and security procedures
  • Handling administrative records, compliance checks, and WHS matters
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives and maintaining a well-presented office environment

This is a full-time role (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm) with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3+ years' experience managing an office or commercial tenancy
  • Strong facilities, administration, and coordination experience
  • Leadership experience - ideally mentoring or managing a Receptionist or junior team member
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
  • Confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels, from trades to executives
  • A proactive, organised, and calm approach - even when things get busy!

Experience within a technology or professional services environment will be highly regarded but not essential.
