The Role

As the face of business growth, you’ll work closely with investors, developers, and sales agents to build strong relationships and convert opportunities into lasting clients. You’ll have the backing of a respected national brand, a supportive office team, and the resources to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Convert warm leads into new property management clients
• Conduct rental appraisals, presentations, and inspections
• Partner with sales agents to provide investor support
• Build and maintain relationships with local developers and landlords
• Ensure properties are market-ready and effectively promoted
• Report on performance and keep CRM systems up to date

What You’ll Bring

• Proven business development experience (real estate ideal, but open to other industries)
• A confident communicator who builds trust and rapport with ease
• Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain), car & license
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
• Extra advantage if you also speak Cantonese or Mandarin (not essential)
