This growing wealth management practice is seeking an experienced Client Service professional who thrives in a varied role. Acting as the first point of contact for all client enquiries, you will manage office operations, administration, and client service workflows. Your knowledge of the advice lifecycle will ensure a smooth experience for a high-net-worth client base.

The Role

• Act as the first point of contact for all client enquiries
• Manage and maintain Xplan, Salesforce and client databases
• Support senior adviser with client service and implementation tasks
• Coordinate office operations and administration duties
• Ensure systems and records are accurate and up to date
• Build and maintain trusted long-term client relationships

About You

• 2–4 years’ experience in financial planning / client services
• Strong knowledge of client service and advice processes
• Excellent communicator, confident in client-facing work
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
• Proficient in Xplan and MS Office
