We’re looking for a driven Collections Officer to join a fast-paced and growing technology business based in Macquarie Park. This is a great opportunity for a credit professional who thrives on building relationships, resolving issues, and driving outcomes in a supportive team environment.

The Role
Working within a busy finance team, you’ll manage a large monthly ledger where much of the process is automated. Your focus will be on higher-value and more complex accounts, where your ability to engage with customers, problem-solve, and ensure payments are received on time will make the difference.

You’ll be a key point of contact across the organisation, working closely with sales, customer support and operations, so communication and presence are critical. This is a role where professionalism, resilience and customer focus are as important as technical skill.
