About the role

This full-time Personal Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at Emotif in St Leonards, NSW. In this role you will play a key part in providing outstanding customer service and supporting the company's sales operations.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Creating accurate quotes for customers

Creating internal documentation to support the sales process

Providing product information and recommendations to customers

Organising samples for customers

Offering exceptional customer service and addressing any customer queries or concerns

Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Undertaking administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a personal assistant or customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

A positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude

The ability to work well in a team and independently
