Manage Director emails and phone calls in a timely manner

Manage Director scheduling and organisation

Liaising with the design team and ensuring deadlines are met

Greet clients and VIPs at Sydney Design Gallery

Ensure Design Gallery is immaculate at all times

Present well, immaculate, sleek and tailored– a representation of the luxury brand

Manage client expectations on deadlines, responses to requests etc
