Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our Brisbane team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional (0–3 years’ experience) from either the client-side or contractor-side of the property and construction industry.
As part of a high-performing team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to some of the most exciting and transformative projects in regional Queensland. You’ll receive mentorship, hands-on project exposure, and ongoing professional development to accelerate your growth as a project leader.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior project managers in the end-to-end delivery of construction and infrastructure projects.
Assist in project planning, procurement, budgeting, and scheduling tasks.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, risk registers, and cost trackers.
Attend site meetings and inspections to support contract administration and compliance monitoring.
Help manage project communication and stakeholder engagement.
Contribute to business development initiatives and client proposals as required.

Skills and Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Eagerness to learn and develop a career in project management.
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
Desirable:
Prior internship or work experience in construction, consulting, or project environments.
Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
