About the role

The Account/Sales Manager is a permanent position working alongside a tight knit team in External Cladding and Plasterboard. Reporting to your manager you will be responsible for developing & growing relationships with our local customers in a structured and professional manner.

You will analyse and use sales data to drive growth and account management decisions aligned to the company expectations.

As a high-performing and driven personality, you'll bring dedication to offering excellent service & support to our customers.

In this role you will:

Develop and implement key account plans that result in continuous growth

Provide regular feedback and share intel across the business on competitor activity, products, and pricing strategies to sustain/ position our competitive advantage.

Ensure customer account plans are implemented & actioned

Manage relationships and expectations with all clients

Resolve issues & complaints with clients

What you bring to the role

Previous Sales and Account management experience

Experience in the building industry or construction materials is desirable

Strong ability to influence at various levels & negotiate outcomes contributing to growth

High energy

Excellent verbal communication skills

An ability to analyze and structure data to present to clients

An ability to create and deliver professional presentations to clients
