- Base salary of $80,000 – $90,000 + Super

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a diverse range of retailers, builders, plumbing contractors, and showrooms throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing an established portfolio of accounts in the bathroom and plumbing sector
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail and trade clients
- Driving sales of bathroom products including tapware, vanities, basins, toilets, showers, and accessories
- Identifying new business opportunities through warm leads and existing networks
- Providing product training, technical support, and merchandising assistance as required
- Keeping up to date with competitor activity, market trends, and product innovations
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery outcomes
ABOUT YOU:
You’re a confident and capable sales professional with proven experience in account management or territory sales, ideally within the bathroom, plumbing, or building materials industries.
You’ll have:
- A track record of success in B2B sales or account management, preferably in plumbing supplies, bathroomware, or building products
- Experience working with plumbers, builders, retailers, or trade merchants
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a hands-on, customer-first approach
- Ability to manage a busy schedule, travel across Victoria, and work independently
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
