Role Overview

The Product Executive will support the Product Manager in the creation, delivery, and operational management of travel products across the AVG Travels portfolio. This role is central to ensuring seamless planning, administration, and execution of tours and packages. The Product Executive will collaborate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), suppliers, and internal teams to deliver unique, high-quality travel experiences. They will also provide support in inventory management, financial processes, and product performance monitoring, contributing directly to the success and growth of AVG Travels.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute creative ideas to new product development and enhancements.

Assist the Product Manager with tour planning, scheduling, and costings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, DMCs, and internal stakeholders.

Prepare and update itineraries, product documentation, and training materials.

Work closely with the Marketing team to coordinate product offers and promotions.

Support group allocations, seat blocks, and inventory management processes.

Monitor product performance and assist with yield and cost management to stay within budget.

Provide operational support to ensure smooth product delivery across all stages.

Travel as required to review and vet products in the absence of the Product Manager.

Skills & Experience

Solid understanding of the travel industry, including Group, FIT, and Tailored travel.

Demonstrated knowledge of travel product development and delivery.

Strong relationship management skills with both suppliers and internal teams.

Ability to analyse market activity and support yield management strategies.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.

Strong communication skills and collaborative team approach.

High computer literacy, particularly in CRM, booking, and Microsoft Office applications.

A motivated individual eager to take the next step toward product management.
