We are a high performing Sports Travel Company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration Executive to join our Sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition from booking to confirmation, supporting Sales Executives by managing fulfilment, reservations, and key administration tasks. Key Responsibilities
Reservation Fulfilment
Manage the Reservations Fulfilment queue in Microsoft Planner
Reserve, ticket, reissue, and refund flights via Sabre and/or Air Tickets
Confirm cruise, accommodation, car hire, transfers, and event bookings
Liaise with hotels/venues on special requirements (accessibility, parking, etc.)
Reporting & Administration
Run and review weekly online order reports
Validate and allocate bookings, ensuring accuracy and follow-up
Assist Sales Team with Salesforce contracting and product loading
Create and manage Outreach sequences and sales prospecting lists
Generate and distribute sales reports as required
Supplier Liaison
Build and maintain supplier relationships
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability and secure waivers or favours
About You
You are a highly organised professional with a knack for detail and a solutions-focused mindset. You thrive in collaborative environments but can work independently to get things done. You enjoy problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and delivering seamless experiences for both colleagues and clients.
Experience & Skills
Preferred minimum 2 years’ experience in a Travel Agent/Reservations or Airline Reservations role
Sabre fares and ticketing experience (essential)
Salesforce and Microsoft Outreach experience (highly regarded)
Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
