The Opportunity

My client is part of a widely acclaimed technology group, consistently ranked among Australia's most innovative and fast-growing players in recent years.

They are seeking an astute, experienced AR/Collections Officer to help with their December year end.

• Manage a high volume of collection calls on overdue accounts
• Negotiate sustainable payment solutions for customers where required
• Provide customer service
• Resolve customer issues & queries in an efficient, timely and professional manner.
• Work with external collections agent to ensure successful recovery of debt
• Ad hoc duties as required

About you

You’re a motivated AR/Collections Officer with:

• At least 1 year experience in Collection
• Excellent communication skills, particularly for phone-based work
• A passion for learning and contributing to a collaborative team culture
