THE ROLE

• Manage outstanding arrears
• Collection of overdue balances
• Account management
• Resolving customer queries and issues
• Assist Manager with required duties

THE PERSON

• Relevant experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written
• Great customer service skills - stakeholder relationship management
• High level of attention to details
• Strong organisational goals
