About the Opportunity

Join a high-growth ASX listed business expanding organically and through acquisitions, with operations across APAC.

FY25 reported revenues are circa A$900 million.

The business is pursuing two key strategies in 2025/2026:

Driving operational transformation through technology, innovation, and investment in people to deliver market-leading efficiencies and margin improvement.

Expanding sustainably across APAC region to increase business unit contribution to the Group.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial strategy, supporting M&A activity, and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare month-end management reports and consolidated results, covering P&L, capex, and working capital.

Support the annual budgeting process and weekly forecasting cycles.

Contribute to financial due diligence for M&A opportunities and develop business cases and Board materials.

Assist with post-investment reviews and financial analysis for tenders.

Present complex financial information to management and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Skills & Experience:

CA/CPA qualified with Big 4, mid-tier Audit or Transaction Services background, or prior ASX-listed reporting experience.

Experience in M&A due diligence and financial analysis.

Strong business partnering and influencing skills.

Process improvement and change management orientation.

Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in teams.
