Part-Time Sales Administration

Location: Perth, WA
Days: Monday – Wednesday (Part-Time)

As a building broker with a difference, we guide clients with honest advice, clear communication, and a personalised approach that treats every build as if it were our own.

We’re looking for a young and vibrant Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced team part-time. Your role will be all about helping our sales team convert leads into future Mr Enthusiast clients — ensuring no opportunity is missed, no detail is forgotten, and every prospect feels supported on the path to their dream build.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage our CRM (HubSpot): Keep leads moving through the system and ensure the pipeline is always up to date.

Follow up on opportunities: If there’s been no touchpoint within a week, you’ll remind the sales team and reach out to clients as needed.

Prepare documents for deal submissions: Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete before it’s handed over.

Pre-sale client communication: Email clients for missing documents (like payslips) or let them know when results are ready and it’s time to book in.

Coordinate meetings: Arrange follow-up calls or appointments so the sales team can focus on building relationships.

About You

Energetic, proactive, and organised — you take pride in keeping things moving.

Confident communicator (written and verbal) who knows how to balance professionalism with a friendly, approachable tone.

Tech-savvy with CRM experience (HubSpot preferred, but not essential).

Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team culture where no two days are the same.

Experience in the construction or building industry is highly regarded.

Ideally 2–5 years’ experience in sales support, admin, or coordination — but the right personality and drive matter most.
