When medical, physio and other healthcare clinic owners need to sell their clinics, our expert team prepares the purchase price estimate, sales prospectus, marketing approach and buyer negotiations to assist clinic owners in selling their businesses.

This 12hrs per week Part-Time, job share role is Work From Home.
**Requires 9am-1pm Mon-Tue-Wed**
Our nation-wide clients require an experienced sales administrator to join our sales team. Together and following company processes, you will administer the marketing document requests for a clinic's business sale. You will be assisting the Sales Brokering Team to ensure key admin milestones are met, acting as a critical support person to assist with day-to-day admin tasks right through to coordinating marketing material.
This role suits ONLY applicants seeking Part-Time work. We are looking for a long term staff member to join us!
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to expand our small team with this exciting opportunity for a part-time sales Administrator. Due to the flexibility of the role the person can be based anywhere in Australia.
This role will have the following key responsibilities:
Job-sharing with another colleague
Assisting the Brokering team with day-to-day admin support
Answer sales and phone enquiries and distribute leads to our 3 teams
Handling sensitive documents between sellers and buyers of clinics
Work closely with the 3 teams to provide responsive support
Accurate data entry into Excel spreadsheets and OneDrive folders
Some word processing tasks involving converting documents into PDFs
Cut/past already created content into Powerpoint and Word for listings
Have familiarity with MailChimp, website backends and Facebook admin
Liaise with sellers and internal teams to list clinics on our website and social media platforms
Book clinic inspections between sellers and buyers
Follow company processes to store and catalogue client data securely
Qualifications, Experience and Skills required:
Demonstrated history of showing initiative to complete tasks
Compliant with Privacy and Confidentiality best practices for sensitive information
Proficiency in securely accessing and sharing confidential documents in OneDrive
Attention to detail in handling legal documents
Ability to work well autonomously, prioritise and manage a wide range of admin tasks
You will be a positive team member who helps build a positive workplace culture, presents themself in a professional manner
You will be resilient with a strong work ethic and mentally adaptable and coachable
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Have a passion for professional service and have a can-do attitude
Confident and professional level of communication both verbally and written
Ability to build robust relationships at all levels, internally and externally
Strong customer service skills, including dealing with emotional clients
Confidence and efficiency in working with online technology and tools, especially Excel spreadsheets
Experience in digital marketing platforms like MailChimp, FB and website backends
Strong, reliable internet for online technology tools & daily use of Teams
Home office setup, incl monitor/webcam/speakers and separate keyboard for provided work desktop
Active individual FB profile so you can become an admin moderator of our FB pages
