We are looking for a motivated Showroom Salesperson to join the team at Oz Star Caravans.
This role is based in our busy showroom and requires someone with great people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both sales and administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in our showroom with caravan enquiries.
Handle inbound phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
Process sales, quotes, and customer orders.
Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge.
General administration support including data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in sales and/or administration (caravan or automotive industry experience highly regarded).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a team.
Computer skills and confidence using email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
A friendly and professional attitude with a genuine interest in helping customers.
