Candidate Requirements

7+ years' experience

Strong experience building and evolving a Microsoft environment and cyber- security strategy

Strong customer facing / business consulting mindset

Strong management ability - to manage a managed service provider through expansion

Strong management ability - to manage a managed service provider through expansion. Experience with IT budget management and vendor contract negotiation preferred

Alongside function management, happy to be prepared to do onsite practical work.

Proven experience in IT support or systems administration role

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network systems

Experience administering IT security platforms such as Mimecast, Netskope, and Microsoft Intune.

Knowledge of conditional access policies and Microsoft 365 security frameworks

Ability to lead and deliver IT road mapping projects focused on security upgrades, workflow efficiencies, and cost savings
